Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

Please note: Returns must be requested and approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at areonclub@gmx.de so we can review the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at areonclub@gmx.de.
Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party appointed by you, received the goods.

The customer bears the direct cost of return shipping.
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund all payments received using the original payment method.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling beyond what is necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
